There's No Place Like Home (Office)

Today, I was able to spend some time at the home office. My main role was to help facilitate interviews for next year’s fellowship class. But, there were lots of other great experiences as well.

  • I was able to reconnect with my “fellow fellows” from across the country. We were able to share stories and best practices.
  • There’s lots of people I enjoy working with at the home office. I was able to swing by their offices and catch up a bit with them.

I always feel recharged and excited when I leave the home office. One of my colleagues put it this way:

It’s not the experience or expertise of our senior leadership that impress me - it’s their energy.

Agreed. Their energy and passion for working in Catholic healthcare is infectious. It certainly helps to keep me going.
